He didn't really lose. If you watch the fight you will see that the fight was stopped cuz of a cut. Jean Jac could have continued - and if you "see" the match you'll also see that Frank was shaken up bad up to the cut point (without Jean Jacq ever really punching him). And note - The cut on Jean Jacq was an Accident. Best to you.
