Guided Meditation for developing mastery over your life through mastery of your attention and consciousness, your mind, and the life energy (prana) in your body.
Huh... a part of the school education, great idea. Too bad the Rockefeller's funded most of the education and have some control over what goes into our children heads. Scary thought isn't it!?
You are a positive (enlightened) person and i am so proud of you ... Keep the energy going.

I do agree about the spiritual life, everyone does need it.
I have watched both, and agree with the secret in regards to we attract what we put out which is similar to what "what the bleep" is talking about with regards to everything being energy. However The Secret is missing the spiritual awakening bit that needs to come with all this, awakening and living a more spiritual life with respect and love for the earth and all living things on it, you can't help but to put out good energy then, and it comes back to you. Should be part of school education!
You are so close that I have to put in a comment. The (I) that claims to (think, talk, walk, breath, see etc) is an illusion because all these things are happenning all by themselves. Life is happenning all by itself, investigate and if you do that is what is happenning. We all have been conditioned that we are the doers but there is no such thing. Namaste
This is very good to show that we are not our thoughts/our mind. We control our thoughts and mind (and our bodies,) but are something separate to our thoughts/mind/bodies. Close your eyes and say in your mind "I wonder what my next thought will be" and wait and watch, a thought will eventually come, and we can watch it, we can watch our thoughts because we are not our thoughts! And it's so true, we can choose to change what and how we think. Thanks for the video.
The mantra my teacher gave me is, when I think something stupid, fearful, mean spirited, etc - which is most of the time for most people, just think very firmly: "What a load of crap!" (Okay, it's not esoteric Hindu but it works for me ;')
