  • I have this habit of staying up till 12 because I am naturally a "night owl". So I fall asleep and wake up at noon the next day and I miss out on a bunch of stuff during morning hours. I would love more help and tips on how to wake up! Plus I play soccer so I'm pretty fit and I'm 13 so I don't think I would be able to get a massage and also I don't have a job. Help is much appreciated! (if I spelled appreciated right)Thanks :)

  • for me it seems like if i go to bed at like 1 - 2 am i get up more easily at 5:30 am but if i go to bed by like 10:00pm i struggle........*i have issues i think*
