  • One of the most decent, articulate, and compassionate men ever to be President. Too bad none of that really matters when it comes to wielding political power.

  • @alusherman kennedy was the first to prop up iran

  • Jimmuh got his butt handed to him by Reagan. He barely beat Gerald Ford. But give him some credit ... he did win against Teddy Kennedy in a primary.

  • I Believe This Was A Video Clip Of WABC-TV's Channel 7 Eyewitness News At 6's The '80 Vote Report On President Jimmy Carter On The Campaign On Friday Evening, March 21, 1980.

  • @jrbrknox Wow I wouldn't admit that in my weakest moment. Two of the three biggest fools this country has ever supported are your favorites. I've got some ocean front property in Kansas if you are interested. I will sell it to you cheap.

  • @poundsand NO IM NOT EFFI JOKING

  • @alusherman, Ronad Reagan still the governor of CA said in July 1980"WHAT WE DID TO THE SHAH IS A BLACK PAGE IN THE HISTORY OF USA". President Sadat of Egypt in his book "THOSE I HAVE KNOWN" wrote: "The 4 leaders of USA UK France & Germany met in Quadeupe & took a unified stand against the Shah & in favour of Khomeini. They planted a time bomb in Iran but they did not grasp the reality until it was too late & its shrapnels all over Iran". Sadly it is a taboo in the west to talk about this issue.

  • @alusherman, Did U know that Carter sent 2nd NATO comander General Haig on a secret mission to Iran via US cargo plane to prevent the Imperial Iranian army taking stage a pro-Shah action? Why did Huyser go secretly in a US cargo plane? Why Carter choose George Ball a well known anti-Shah as the head of his Iran task force? Because The Shah in 1973 said that the 25 year old contract to expire with the west will NOT be renewed in 1979 & we all know what USA & the evil Brits did to him in 1979!!!.

  • @alusherman,Read HOSTAGE TO KHOMEINI by Robert Dreyfuss, JIMMY CARTER by Mike Evans, LAST SHAH OF IRAN by Dr Houshang Nahavandi to seehow Carter & the Brits staged the revolution. Click on my name & see the UTUBE clip & watch the ABC news clip of Jan 79 where they admit that the US has told the Shah to LEAVE IRAN. In Mike Evan's book U will read how Carter sent $150 million to Khomeini while he was in Paris in 1978 to pump the anti-Shah revolution or else talk to many Iranian witnesses in 1979.

  • @fraizer57 Pinning radical Islam on Carter and saying he is directly responsible for what you listed is foolish. The Iranian Revolution was carried out without US involvement. Remember, the United States was on the Shah's side but we did...nothing. The Shah was unpopular and the Revolution unstoppable. The rise of radical Islam stems from many different influences and thousands of years of history.
