The left-most lane is the passing lane. Blocking the passing lane, even at the speed limit, is illegal.

The LIMIT is the LIMIT whether driving or passing. If most folks drove 45mph and passers went 55 it would be ok (still within bounds). This video obviously proved how many folks regularly go above the limit (otherwise there would have been no traffic gathering).  Consquently, if folks are going above the LIMIT consistently and intently, then it's not a very good LIMIT....THAT or there should have been cops behind this group giving tickets to all those trying to pass!! MAKE BETTER REGULATIONS!

@theRealBadguy but you would have had no reason to slow down (as would be shown in the video as you have plenty of space ahead of you) and let's say the people who made this slow down in time to not hit you, then the people behind them have to slow down, and then the people behind them, etc. Eventually someone will not have the needed reflexes or break power and will hit the person infront of them. You could potentially cause a pileup just because you're annoyed at some people obeying the law :/
