This is not about xenophobia. We accept Bengali people as foreign citizens. Government already approved many Indians, Chinese and Bengali as the foreign citizens, just as Chinese Americans or Bengali Americans in US. They got national ID cards and are even much richer than most Burmese and other races. But, these people so called Rohingya are trying to get the Indigenous status in Burma. If Russians in Alaska or Chinese in California demand for the same status as Native American, will US accept?
