Problem with dancing pellets and a strong left side burn. Air flow seems to be altered although nothing has changed from last season.

Yes that is the panel I am referring to. If you have not removed it I can't imagine that's the issue but if you haven't cleaned in there before I would suggest you do. How old is your stove? I clean that area out after every ton. A lot of fine dust collects there and can cause air flow issues and feeding issues. Just make sure you latch it back on properly ensuring that the top tab is engaged before you screw it on.

Can you take a picture of what was causing the bad burn? I am having the same exact issue...

Hey David, I can try, it's a really difficult spot to get to. Send me a private message with your e-mail address and I'll see what I can do for you.

It actually ended up being the fine cap on the right side of the auger entry that wasn't put back on correctly. There is a small tab that sticks up on the top and if you don't drop the cover over that properly you will get an inrush of air from the right side causing the bad burn / dancing pellets. It's the metal plate with the thumb screw that's located right behind the electronics panel.

Reason I say it is that I've never removed it b4 so I dont think that could be causing my issue. Is it in where you take off auger panel where there is a wing nut with a silver panel? Do you remove this for cleaning? Thanks for the help
