  • He, like all body builders, work out to make themselves look a certain way. (hence the term "body building"), Feeling good and being healthy is a bi-product of such.

    He doesn't lift for weight because he isn't a powerlifter, so what he lifts isn't important to him as long as he gets those 10-12 reps for sarcoplasmic hypertrophy.
