Evening sun isn't nearly as important as morning. The bees won't mind your walking past them, even close, as long as you don't pass right in front of the entrance. You can build a platform (stack some bricks) to set the hive on. You'll probably need to think of protecting them from ants, too. Any of the locations you pointed out would do fine, just give them morning sun by pointing them toward the east & south.
