God tells us that we must believe in the Last Day. This does not mean that we merely believe that some day in the distant future God will arrive with His angels.
Rather, that we know that this could happen suddenly, even when we least expect it.

"O you who believe, you shall believe in GOD and His Messenger, and the Scripture He has revealed through His Messenger, and the Scripture He has revealed before that. Anyone who refuses to believe in GOD, and His angels, and His Scriptures, and His Messengers, and the Last Day, has indeed strayed far astray."
Surah 4:136

"Are they waiting until GOD Himself comes to them in dense clouds, together with His angels? When this happens, the whole matter will be terminated, and to GOD everything will be returned."
Surah 2:210

"Have they guaranteed that an overwhelming retribution from GOD will not strike them, or the Hour will not come to them suddenly, when they least expect it?"
Surah 12:107

Peace to all of you,

    Salam.

  • peace upon you KUS25 :)

  • Question: At 4:31 when it discusses sexual relations and states "those rightfully theirs" regarding sexual relations, besides one's spouse(s), who does this include?

  • hello speez,

well, Allah knows that situations can be complicated. i would think that one modern day application would be for people who are living in a committed marriage arrangement...but cannot legally get married for some reason.

also, while polygamy is illegal in most countries...it is not condemned by God in either Holy Book....so it could have application to people who have more than one wife but cannot legally marry any accept the first.

  • peace markellion,

i have my comments set up for approval only because i have so many video comments. i like to respond as i have time. also, some people are hateful and distraction.

it should tell you it's pending though.

anyway, yes...many religious people turn others away from spiritual things by their behavior or their inability to listen to reason and common sense.

God is not looking for reasons to bring retribution on individuals...and it is up to him as to who goes where.

    peace to you

  • i think it is Islamic propaganda speez,

i have seen videos were Imams are seriously concerned about the decline. also surely, like you bring up, there are people who discover the Quran is true....so they convert to Islam for a while...only to discover that Islam doesn't really follow the Quran but rather their superstitious Hadiths.

that is what happened to me. i converted to Islam...briefly...so i would count as a new convert even though i no longer am.

  • If Islam is on the decline, explain why so many convert to the faith every year (or is this Islamist propaganda)? Now I've heard from one source that the level of attrition after conversion is as high as 75% within five years or so, but I don't know how true this is.
