@invalidwaffle at claires they use a gun powered by only the persons hand so the cartilage won't shatter however if they pull out one of those black guns say No because those are spring powered and WILL shatter the cartilage

@pruneloafproductionz actually it is safer if you buy a pre-sterilized needle and wear gloves. many more germs out there in the nasty world AND less damage to the cartilage.
