Haha, if you get a pass right next to the hoop, are about 2 meters tall and can jump another meter vertically off the ground from a standing position then sure :-)
nope. Because the late-19th-century world was incredibly sexist, different rules were created for women to play basketball in their dresses. The most notable rule: NO DRIBBLING. In the rest of the world, the women said "yes, sir" and developed what you now know as netball. In the US, the women said "f you", put on shorts and played basketball with all the men's rules intact.
