Post Gardening Stretches
Stacy Walters' Fit to Garden program is designed to help gardeners prepare their body to safely perform the task at hand; the bending, kneeling, twisting, standing and squatting movements necessary for effective lawn and garden care.
Gardening, like any other strenuous activity, requires strength training in the off-season, as dynamic warm-up, proper biomechanics, and post-activity stretching. The goal is for gardeners to reduce the risk of injury, make lawn and garden work easier and more enjoyable... and ultimately help gardeners become stronger!
