This gentle stretch targets the lower part of the arms and prevents injury and strain.

How To:
Sit on the edge of the chair with your feet flat on the ground. Extend one arm straight out front of your body with your hand flexed back at the wrist, your fingers pointing to the ceiling and your palm facing out. Grasp the fingers of your extended arm with your free hand and pull back gently, deepening the stretch in your forearm. Hold the stretch for several breaths and switch hands.

Recommended Equipment: Chair
