Vintage Ernie! I believe that Ernie Watts was the real originator of that contempary jazz sax sound. Although I think Brecker and Sanborn got most of the credit for it, I think Ernie was first. but what the hell.......they're all monsters and masters of the saxes. No competition between them, ......just good music from all angles
