Stargate Universe season 1 continues April 2 at 9/8c on Syfy!
SGU follows a band of soldiers, scientists and civilians, who must fend for themselves as they are forced through a Stargate when their hidden base comes under attack. The desperate survivors emerge aboard an ancient ship, which is locked on an unknown course and unable to return to Earth. Faced with meeting the most basic needs of food, water and air, the group must unlock the secrets of the ship's Stargate to survive. The danger, adventure and hope they find on board the Destiny will reveal the heroes and villains among them.

I personally didn't like SG1 at all. Atlantis was amazing! And this was in a good way, different. I've ordered the season 1-2 box. I've only viewed about five episodes but I like what I see!

Pretty cool series, and worth watching. I loved SG1 and remember when they introduced the show back in '97. One of the best sci fi series,
They should have given SGU more of a chance...Its much better than the crap on tv currently...

Stargate Atlantis was my favourite,I am still watching the last season (5) But I heard Stargate Universe was hated,but it seems pretty good in these trailers. Is this the latest of the Stargate Series?
