Basketball can be a girl or a boy sport. Basketball has changed my life. So dont say basketball is a male sport, cause that ticks me off! I know alot of female ballers that can lock up alot of male basketball players any day. Therefore, if men can participate in cheerleading, volleyball and soccer. Women can participate in basketball!

My only complaint about girls is its exciting, but its slow-paced. In 2011, female players are way better ballhandlers than girls back in the day, However, they move slow. Don't say its cause they are females because some of these females are Explosive. so if a few hundred can be, I know more can be. coaches need to raise their expectations higher. They don't accept it from 6th and 7th grade boys so they should not accept slowness from the girls

@TubeGuest5178 I know, right? In my school, sadly, they discriminate ALOT against the girls. For example, the 7th grade boys team got lettermans with their names engraved in the back, and got basketball shirts and cool stuff like that, while on the girls team, we get nothing.
