this is the exact same thing that happened back in the day to my dads new 1994 V10 2500 4x4 ram,had to slow down to 30mph from 60 to stop it, only had 15k at the time, ended up needing upper and lower ball joints but still wasn't right.

what it is it the bar the holds your front axle. the factory one is junk. what the shaking is ,is your front axle assy. shaking around side too side. whitch makes your tires go from left too right . that is the shake you feel and see. i had the same problem with my o6 2500 cummind and installed a ne w bar(after market) and problem fixed

trac bar on this truck has been upgraded with no effect
new e range tires stoped the shake for now
