Im buying the 8 piece sound percussion with black hardware and shite. is this a good quality kit? will it last? excluding the heads which i would have changed first thing.

So far I have no complaints about the drums themselves. I have the kits at two different band spots. The bass drum still sounds great. I didn't use the toilet paper head that came with it though. I use the Evans outside damper heads. They give that BOOM sound. With no need for anything inside the bass drum. Makes it lighter to carry as well. The toms are holding up great too. I still have the original heads on them, with the damper rings. Invest in a better snare though.
