trunyan villagers located at kintamani bali has a very unique way of burying the dead, they are not burried, instead they just put the dead on the ground. i happen to go there and was allowed to take documentary of the whole process. the old women (90yrs) who has died almost 3 days are just to be buried because they have to choose a good date for burial. It is believed that the special tree there absorb the foul stench of the decomposed body.
