omg this brings back sad memories for me.... i used to have an albino budgie named cupcake..... THE best bird EVER!!!! he was sooo sweet, and he used to "clip" my nails with my beak. HE WAS THE SWEETEST LITTLE BUDGIE EVER!!!!!!!!

2009 Died while I was right there by his side.... playing video games.... looked up five minutes later, he was still and lifeless on the cage floor..... but he was cute, even when he was dead..... sniffle....

30 yrs ago when i was 24 i had a female budgie that would let me do anything to her.
she got to the point where she never wanted to be anywhere except on/with me.she would go outside with me and fly to the backyard shed and fly right back.had her for
10 yrs cried like a baby when she passed.have never had another like her.

This was a hand-fed baby. It thought of us as its parents and trusted us. Nancy has a habit of turning the babies on their backs and petting their bellies to calm them down when they get upset and this one was simply used to it!

It's not quite albino. Albinos have a particular mutation. I'm pretty sure this one simply had very large patches of white. You can see some stripes on the head if you look closely.
