This fabulous twist on classic lasagna is perfect for cold weather months when hearty ingredients are bountiful. This recipe uses butternut squash, kale, leeks, sweet potatoes and a classic French Mother sauce called "Sauce Bechamel." Chef Keith Snow from http://www.harvesteating.com demonstrates how to make this lasagna in this detailed video.

  • GREAT VIDEOS.. THE TRUE SPELLING IS LASAGNE..

  • 'man, that's hot,' hahah well i get much boner here just to see you lick that finger's good

  • he reminds me of Steve Carell

  • Love that Epicurean board you got...

  • The only time when an otherwise fantastic chef Snow fails: the silly lasagna!!! i dont know what this may be, but it is NOT lasagna. it can be called anything else, and i m sure it may taste wonderful, but it IS NOT lasagna.

  • Beautiful! If you want to make it vegetarian people can always

    use vegetable broth.

  • Hello,

The reciepy is nice... But chicken broth is something most of the vegetarians would not eat in my house!

    Bye!

  • Keith,

I love this kitchen. Is this another house (new) or the same one from the old vids, just renovated? Awesome vid!

  • Great recipe! Although I would like to mention, that while all vegetarians are not alike in their preferences, I'm fairly certain a dish containing chicken broth is not something many of them would wish to eat.

  • Yum!

Many thanks for this original recipe!

I agree, those lasagne pastas (Barilla) are the best! They taste great, are easy to use: I'll never use again the ones you have to boil, they get all wet and it's much extra work. Same for the mixture of cheese you choose (real mozzarella and gruyère: couldn't be better). I'll try your recipe!
