You forget about copies of Enigma that Poles delivered to their western allies just before the outbreak of WW2.

  • @Justincase8696 most of the code was broken by Alan Turing an English mathematician from Cheshire. The polish had cracked German codes pre WW2 and were the best in Europe at the outbreak of war; however the German navys U-boat enigma machines which were eventually cracked had a 4th reel; something the Poles hadn't broken. However the Poles help considerably and shortened the whole process. So they were a great help, as they were at Falaise, as the were at Arnhem.

  • @IustitiaPax Anti-German Polish ire wasn`t strong until 1939 Germany was only a potential threat. Our historical enemy was Russia - that`s why Poles expected rather an attack from the east not from the west.
