running away is a natural instinctive reaction when felt threatened

@st176 I agree he should not of run, but what i am trying to say is they can not use a tazer gun for that purpose. Only the spray or batton can be used. Also in America the police are constantly shot at. so that justifies their actions. But they cant pull the triger if they have any doubt that the suspect is armed.
