  • @DoodleMiracle Im not that fucking flexible for the first excercise

  • if you have slight moobs and feel embarrassed, try to do some push ups cos this is aiming to make your chest stick out more.....

  • a good way is to get a towel and roll it up into a long cylinder shape. The put it on flat ground and lie on top of it making sure its in between your shoulder blades, but make sure its not to close to your head.

  • I prefer listening to a narrator rather than listening to music and having to read, I'm sure I'm not alone.

  • Also make sure you stretch your core and chest !
