They really did a good job developing Angel's character. He is a very passionate person who upholds the law. But you can tell he is also very understanding. I think if anyone where to find out who dexter really is Angel would be the one to protect him.

One could still comprehend the series completely if you simply fast forward through all of his speaking scenes. To be honest, I think there was never a character less deserving of any recognition :\
