@Smoogle Thanks for the advice! I have a pretty good idea of what I will build. I'm waiting for the new Sandy Bridge i7 chip-set from Intel (early January) and hoping Adobe decides to support the GTX 570.

go to the adobe hardware forum they got good low budget specs so you can build a beast of a PC that can slice through HD editing with your DSLR files

@BWRProductions Yes, the uploader must have not liked the file directory leading to my Raid 5 drive array... where the file was originally saved. So I just copied the file to my C drive and it worked just fine.
