I don't have self esteem and I have no self confidence either......even if others tell me I' m wrong I remain the same...I wasn't like that before or not exactly like that.......I want to change ,I have to change and I don't know how...I think your video may help me and others with that...Thank you very much bobmangroo!!!!

@maullster.... i had the same problem...a hostile, bullying older brother is one of the worst situations, especially when there's a big age gap... if he keeps pecking at you, there is only one solution...you have to do some training and kick his ass...that's what I did..and now the MF is as nice as pie....he's even so nice that I have just about forgiven him for all the ill-treatment.

i definitely never came fully out of my shell because my older brother would always be mean to me. hes still an asshole to me today (im 16 hes 22) and he tells me i need to be more confident, but he says it so meanly it has the opposite effect on me. he doesnt say how i can be better, he just says wats wrong with me
