...only to be re-arrested after the CDC gave in under pressure. What an embarresment for the CDC. How many people are released from prison too early by mistake in California. It is unheard of.

I remember the SLA very well.

Many of you may not agree with this, but they were right.

The system screwed the people in so many ways and the SLA fought back.

If you look at the uprisings around the world today, you will understand why things have to change.

The SLA tried to change things back then.

@RusselBertrand .....that's the way justice in America is. Look at Patty Hearst. Her daddy got friend Jimmy Carter to commute her 35 year sentence to less than 2 years! Still not satisfied, he later got Bill Clinton to grant her a full pardon.  Think an ordinary citizen would ever get that?

If memory serves me correctly a person must serve 2/3 of their sentence before being eligible for parole. Very few people are paroled on their first hearing, she shouldn't get special treatment before the parole board beyond that I am ok with everything. The people that complain she is getting out to early should have been complaining back in the begining when a plea bargain was first negotiated not now.
