Kelly may have played a big part in Little Mix's formation, but that's where it ends. She wasn't responsible for making the group work. Tulisa deserves all the credit for Little Mix's success.

Kelly put the 4 girls together listen to her when she says "I have taken 2 out of this group that was here and 1 out of here and putting these 2 here....she pulled the 4 pictures of the girls and Tulisa agreed that a girl group is goin 2b the next fresh special thing and luckily she mentored the groups but the formation was put together by Kelly and the rest agreed then Tulisa mentored them coz she mentored the groups....!!!!

I personally think perrie could have made it solo, they all have great voices but she seemed more confident. BUT BOY AM I GLAD SHE DIDN'T!!!!!!!!! LOVE YOU MY LITTLE MUFFINS UNTIL THE DAY I DIE!!!! SUCH AN INSPIRATION

@herrigelg Kelly and the other judges' input was tiny compared to Tulisa's input and guidance as a mentor, so don't even try to give Kelly or the other judges equal credit or anything remotely close to it. That argument holds no water whatsoever. 99% of the credit belongs to Tulisa and the girl's themselves, period.

@sbowesuk except kelly is the one who told them to tighten their vocals and bring their look together throughout the competition, and by taking her advice they became the group they are today. so really it was both her and tulisa.... all judges' criticisms and praises led them down this road.
