The motion looks awful, and it's not the GH1's fault.
This is a 24p clip converted by Youtube (with frame-blending) to it's native 30p stream. No surprise the 30p mjpeg version looks better on youtube.
It's nonsense to capture stuff at 24p and test it's motion qualities on a 30p converted playback.
