We begin a series of videos for cooking beginners. Enjoy!

4 servings:carnaroli rice or
any other type of rice that doesn't overcook easily - 400 grams, vegetable bouillon, saffron - 1 pack

In order to prepare this dish you need a Pyrex oven-safe pan. Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F). Fill the pyrex with rice and broth. Note that the rice level shouldn't exceed half the height of the pan because it will expand when it cooks. Cook the rice and broth together for about 20 minutes at 180°C (356°F) until broth evaporates.
