  • what do you mean wrist intercepting weight? i want to make sure so i mnto doing it

  • @ThaGiver rippetoe teaches the suicide grip with the squat (you just press it against your back with your palms without gripping the bar) I had my hands wrapped around how most people squat. I think at the time I was over thinking it. I doubt it made a difference (besides personal preference). Just lift your elbows and they wont take any weight.

  • do overhead press instead of power clean.

    now i clean 205 and i can oh press 2 80lb dumbbells do squat sets with 275lbs

  • Nice, i especially like the good wrist snap with the clean, that's how most people fuck themselves up, but my back hurt WATCHING that, keep the spine straight, trust me and the million herniated discs I've seen

  • Nice progress, but really work on your power cleans.

  • Hey! Squats looks good, overhead press is looks good too. Power clean needs help. Don't bend your back. Take more videos of your other lifts. But overall not bad. Just remember don't ego lift...form out rides weight anyday!

  • Hey it looks really good for the most part. Great progress. The only thing I would mention is the clean could use some work. The weight is a little to far forward and your chest is not up at the start. This is allowing your legs to be straighter than you want at the beginning and making your back lift the weight. Another thing is when you catch the clean you should be dropping under it more and catching it lower. This will allow you to do more weight because your legs will do the lift not arms.
