Would any of these dancers kill a person with those guns? I bet if the laws changed and this turned into Poland or Russia during the 40's, they wouldn't use those pistols on any other human beings. Also, if a theif decided that they wanted their wallet or purse, they also wouldn't use the gun... The question is this. What is the Point?

Even if you categorize the deaths of innocent bystanders as manslaughter ... my original point still stands... FreedomCanada2010 does NOT have the "inalienable right" to kill innocent bystanders in an attempt to defend himself.

@fczwartek "Collateral" The very nature of the term basically means unintended consequences, right? Murder requires intent, malice of forethought. An innocent bystander who dies by gunfire unintentionally fired at him is not murdered. A tragedy, yes. Manslaughter or negligent homicide? Yes. Murder? No.

Inalienable rights are not limitless. How you fail to understand this pretty simple concept is beyond me.

You say you have and inalienable and limitless right to defend yourself "by any means necessary."

So I ask you ... if the necessary means includes killing innocent bystanders (collateral murder) ... do your think that is within your rights? Would collateral murder be legal in that case?

Oddly enough, open carry (with restrictions) is legal here in California, but not wearing those masks while Open Carrying. So not TOTAL freedom :)
