I have been in the glass and acrylic block business for over 27 years and have never seen a pivot door like this - very interesting. The challenge I see though is that there is no screen to keep bugs out.

To get the privacy and look of the glass blocks with the advantage of air flow it may make more sense to use an operable acrylic block window. They come in sliders, awnings, double hungs, casements and look like real block, come with screens and are easy to open.
