Vid Response To False Rape Accusation in Hofstra

A response to MissJazzy1984 based on the false rape case at Hofstra University in New York. Things like this annoy the piss out of me. I touch on a few things. Anything I miss or you want to know please comment or make a video response. Here is the link to the incident.

You ever see that one episode of Law and Order when these 4 guys at a Military Academy were caught up in a false rape charge (none of them did it by the way)? A press release came up and two of the "typical looking suspects" were the target of angry mobs.

The black guy suffered head trauma (someone threw a rock at him) while going out with his actual girlfriend. it's amazing that fake rape charges still happen in spite of the fact we have "the kit" to keep that from happening.

I was referring to rape kits. It's usually done to identify a person that made actual sexual contact to hold the victim's word. There are a few problems with this.

-It only confirms sexual contact between the accused and accuser. Not if it's consensual though

-There's a 3 day time frame to use the kit. It USUALLY assumes the victim comes forward after the assault

-It's a woman's choice to use or decline the kit. Meaning false charges can still be made (and the public is stupid)

I just don't get some females. That's just like the attention whores who post pictures of themselves half naked on the internet and they get mad when a guy comments. Also, you were right about guys thinking with their penis. I guess people want to "live in the moment" and not the future.

The girl's name has been released, but only in certain news articles. I heard in an article that her name wasn't released "for fear of her safety." Really now? Four men, who were falsely accused, can get their names released, but the actual criminal doesn't? What a hypocrisy we live in...

I think the girl should be punished for lying. I mean if they started punishing the girls and/or women who lie about that. Crying rape and then being like Ooops! it never happened... that there would be a lot less of that going on. A lot of girls that would do that sort of thing might start thinking twice about it.. Because this is serious.. they could ruin someone's life just by lying like that... It's horrible...
