A tribute to Lamar Williams, bass player for the Allman Brothers Band 1973-1976. He will always be special to me because he was in the band when I first saw them in 1973
Cool to see a photo that I posted on the ABB web site. I was given the photo by a friend who was just as much of a fan as I was. Lamar was a great addition to the band and he filled the bass shoes admirably. Nice video. Lots of photos I've never seen before.

Saw Lamar with the Brothers in Columbia,SC in 1973. What a show - special memories after losing Berry. Will never forget Lamar. Thanks !
