Robert MacDonald performs a medley of Broadway Musical and other secular tunes on 79-rank Garland Pipe Organ (2003) at First United Methodist Church, Wichita Falls, Texas, September 16, 2006. Mr. MacDonald is a former organist of Radio City Music Hall in New York City. [Some sections were eliminated due to the 10-minute regulation of YouTube.]
I think Bob MacDonald is one of the greatest organists in America -- both classical as well as theatre repertoire. My favorite memory of Bob's days at Radio City was when he played the Carol of the Bells and turned it into Vierne's Carillon de Westminster. Bravo, Bob! We miss you in New York!
