Thank God for the hammock! A good slam into the grass probably would have ended up in a trip to the LHS.

UR SO LUCKY! i just got the blade cx and just today i bairly cliped a bush and all the blade broke! but ur pretty good for ur first day of flying

Good luck... I spent a good couple hundred dollars repairing before I got to this point. When you get it, you get it. Checkout bladecprepair(.com) for tips on how to get better and repair. Great group of people.

Pretty nice! Lose the training gear because it really changes the flight characteristics. You'll be surprised. The most common things to damage with that type of crash, that you can't see right away, are the feathering spindle and main shaft, so check those. Be patient, learn to nose-in hover, and you'll be flying circuits in no time at all. Have fun!

I'd been crashing for a month before this. This day was the first time it actually clicked for me. I can fly without the gear now. Just built a TREX 450, that I launched today too.
