Nice Video The track in the background was just right, I can see why you like making food with sweat house music playing, nothing but havey base hot cook food and wine.
I like fact that you were not talk through it. I just saw another vid and 2min went by and so did I, left that youtube channle. I'm more of a rhythm cooking, I don't really follow cook books never really needed to, but Risotto was something I always wondered about.
