Mass effect 3 is a third person shooter with an action movie plot. Mass Effect 1 had a believable villain and a great story/environments/setting.

Mass effect 2 is cliched and I didn't like any of the characters.

It's too bad that the rpg market has shrinked so much that we're now calling action games with rpg elements, real rpg's.
