I like my own Chinese martial arts so much, they are developed over thousands of years history, not only beautiful like dance, but also can benefit your health and well being, and many also can heal diseases. When get bigger temple like this, will like to exercise like these with friends every day at 5 am. :) --we say , we should exercise this like this every early morning when hear the roaster singing. :)
