J. R. "Bob" Dobbs at the WCSB Masquerade Ball 2011, Cleveland

J. R. "Bob" Dobbs very rarely makes public appearances, and can be photographed only with the crappiest digital cameras, so when he does, his every recorded gesture and movement deserves extremely close study. This appearance raises more questions about the elusive Dobbs than it answers. And we can't be sure that this is the REAL J. R. "Bob" Dobbs. His skin looks unnaturally smooth considering his age, yet his skeletal structure appears to be morphing and drooping in a quasi-liquid manner. His "language for the deaf" hand signing is definitely NOT the standard one taught on this planet.

WCSB is the Cleveland State University radio station, and this is their third annual Ball. Mostly shot by Princess Wei 'R.' Doe, edited by Rev. Ivan Stang. The bands are, in order of appearance: Pleasure Leftists, The Alarm Clocks, Midnight, and The Angry Samoans. M.C.: Craig Calender of The 669 Show. Security Agent: Dr. Sinister. WCSB is where THE HOUR OF SLACK live shows are done, and has been a major element in that show's continued existence over the last 25 years. Princess Wei and I, Stang, are very proud to have been associated with this fine station for so long.

I think all this Bob Dobbs guff is bullshit. I learned all about the Dead Sea Scrolls and I read the book "The Sacred Mushroom and the Holy Cross" by John Allegro concerning said scrolls. No Roman records refer to him. All scholars agree: It was just a cover story and Bob Dobbs never actually existed. Nice video. I dug the vibe.
