How to do the Future Frames Effect by MGM in Final Cut Studio. http://www.finalcutking.com/ This tutorial is done in Motion 4, but the MGM version is done in Shake. This tutorial does not cover tracking the image but you can add a tracking point and have some motion in your shot.

Ok here's my problem I have final cut pro 6.06 but not motion, colour etc... I really want motion 4 (with motion 5 I can't collaborate with FCP 6) but just dont know where to get it. Maybe on Mac app store but I've got OSX 10.5.8 and can't get app store. HELP! Also you can download a 50-point garbage matte add-on for FCP, just google it

How easy would this effect be achieved in after effects? I'm thinking and I don't think it would be too hard. but when you're selecting the drop shadow wouldn't it be easiest to go to the frame where you got the "future" subject from and match the shadow there? just an idea
