assassins creed is inaccurate if anyone read the gamer mags b4 the game was even released, from what i remember they used bernard lewis "The Assassins" , they did their h/w but used w/e info imo that would be suitable to the game that would be both educational & fun. a book thats also great is by enno franzius called "History of the order of Assassins", is also a great read, and i i own both books
