Death Slide Home!

While some think we've gone health-and-safety mad in the UK, this insane clip of some workers in Bolivia shows the opposite end of the scale. To save them having to walk down and across a huge valley, these Coca workers have rigged up cables which they suspend themselves from with rusted, old pulleys held together with bits of string. They risk everything gliding over the gorge with their harvest and even their children tied precariously beneath them!

la gente es tonta se creen q este hombre pasa asi x diversion, porq no tenia ná q hacer y dijo "venga dame al niño q le voy a dar una vuelta a ver si le da el aire", es q no os enterais q esta es la forma mas rapida d cruzar la selva q si lo hace a pie igual le toma 3 dias, estais konvencidos q la luna es d queso y q en todas partes hay puentes carreteras hospitales colegios, en fin la ignorancia es atrevida.

A nosotros nos conquistaron los romanos ¿y sabes lo que hicieron? Masacrar, violar, saquear, imponer, esclavizar, robar, luego masacrar un poco más porque en Numancia no se habían enterado del asunto. A cambio nos trajeron moneda, sal, calzadas, instituciones, leyes, seguridad, justicia, lengua, academias, democracia (al estilo romano se entiende) y a mí me parece que salimos ganando, por lo menos nos conquistó una civilización decente.
