I think Michelle was quite evil to Katie, even though Katie wasn't very nice throughout the series, Michelle shouldn't have started insulting like that as if she was all that.

That Michelle Mone comes across as a repressed Glaswegian loudmouth. Her exchanges with Katie here show that she must be brutal when needed. Also, its a bit big-headed and arrogant that she, a multi millionaire, denigrates a 90k a year woman as if to say look at me I'm a big shot and you're shit. They don't all "trust" her in her business and she would FIRE them all and walk off with the profits if her business failed. Bullshitter.
