Whole Lamb Roast

WARNING: some scenes in this video might upset you if you are a vegetarian.

Went up to a farm in the Berkshires and spit roasted a whole lamb head-to-tail. All the offal went into a Sopa de Cabeza and the blood and extra fat went into a boudin noir.

@SJPatrik It depends on where you get it and who dispatches it. We got a great deal on ours because we brought our own butcher to the farm.
