@mikalshort 1= fronts, 2 = backs, 3 = reverse, 4 = inwards, 5 = tiwsts

@socfrephil The first number refers to the direction of the dive (1 = forwards, 4 = backwards, 3 = inwards, 2 = reverse 5 = any twisting dive) the 05 and 07 refer to the amount of rotation multiplied by 2 (5 = 2 & 1/2, 7 = 3 & 1/2, 9 = 4 & 1/2) and the letter refers to the position of th dive (A = Straight, B = Pike, C = Tuck, D = Free Position)

what kind of bones do you have? I smack my face every 3rd training on the water and i just get a red face...(I might possibly be lucky) And how did it heal? the bones must have come to the right place again, i mean you couldn't put a cast on it. :)

the numbers and letter describe the dive in terms of direction, number of rotations and twists, and the position it is to be performed in. do a google search for diving degrees of difficulty and you'll find a list of all the dives out there and their corresponding numbers.
