do you breed your mealworms?
-
@Jon3800 Ah. And yes I would be able to, 20 now and turning 21 in 26 days.
-
Umm, you must mean the African Black Thick Tail Scorpion, or the Egyptian Fat Tailed. I've never heard anyone dying from an Emperor scorpion. They are not even a lethal species. They are as painful as the B.vagans. For dangerous species, you must be 18+ to get one.
In scorpions, the most venomous scorpions are small bodied have thin claws and very thick tails. Emperors are the exact opposite, so they're not deadly at all.

@Jon3800 Oh definitely. Most coming from the black Emperor Scorpion. One deadly son of a bitch.

@Jon3800 The blue hairy Tarantula's aren't so gentle? The......Rose Hair I think.

It depends on species you get.. Some happen to very gentle others not. In my collection, I own 124 tarantulas around 80% of them are not gentle at all.
If you're contemplating on getting one: I recommend getting a curly hair, mexican red knee, pinktoes, or pink zebra beauty. These are arguably one of the most gentlest species that you can buy, I even made videos showing me handling them

@Jon3800 Ah I see. I might get it, I'm not afraid of Tarantula's because I know how gentle they are and actually have been contemplating on getting one for a while now.
Later down life I'm also getting a Fennec Fox or two.

Sorry for the long messages, but If the one you referring is the one that appears at 6:37 in this video, this is a Brachypelma vagans (Mexican Red Rump). This is not a deadly species at all in facts its one that I recommend to a first time tarantula owner. Brachypelma species venom is very weak compared to more venomous ones, and its bite and effects are about as close to a bee/wasp sting.
were do you get ur T,s?
